we accept returns for store credit or exchange on

unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of purchase, excluding plants, edible items or face/body care items.

we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on live plants, any edible items or face/body care items...no exceptions.

ALL ITEMS PURCHASED AT A DISCOUNT ARE FINAL SALE.

*holiday purchases. we will accept returns on items purchased November 14 - December 24, 2024 until January 10, 2025 for exchange or store credit. all returned items must be unused + in their original packaging. as always, plants + edible items are ineligible for return.
